Every kitchen is quoted on its own scope, but these Greater Vancouver ranges help you plan. We give you one fixed price after design — no open-ended hourly billing, no surprise change orders.
- Refresh ($25K–$45K) — new cabinetry doors/fronts, counters, backsplash, sink and lighting in the existing layout

Older East Van and Burnaby homes often need electrical and plumbing brought up to code, and character homes can need subfloor work — we flag all of that at the quote stage, not mid-build.

A cosmetic refresh usually doesn't, but moving plumbing, gas, electrical or walls does. We pull the permit through the City of Vancouver or your municipality as part of the project.
Yes — it's one of our most common projects. If the wall is load-bearing we bring in a structural engineer and pull the required permit so it's done safely and to code.
